Matthew Dailey managed and directed The Ones, New York City's influential electronic music trio, shaping their live performances and visual identity.

In collaboration with Bill Coleman and Peace Bisquit, Matthew Dailey directed, co-choreographed, and associate produced Let's Celebrate! A Night with The Ones and Friends (2010) at Dixon Place, an original theatrical concert blending live music, dance, multimedia, and avant-garde cabaret. The production featured Amanda Lepore, Justin Vivian Bond, Ladyfag, Colton Ford, Nomi Ruiz, and Erickatoure Aviance.

Matthew Dailey also served as Creative Director of The Ones' Face & Body music video, extending the group's distinctive fusion of electronic music, fashion, and queer nightlife into visual storytelling.
