From 2013 to 2019, Matthew Dailey served as Associate Producer and Director at The Box, New York City's internationally renowned avant-garde nightclub and cabaret.

Matthew Dailey directed and produced original theatrical entertainment, collaborating with international artists across circus, burlesque, dance, and experimental performance. His responsibilities encompassed creative development, performer direction, talent coordination, and live production.

His work extended beyond New York to high-profile collaborations and luxury events, including Baz Luhrmann's BAZ DAZZLED for Barneys New York, productions at The Box London, Dark Circus in Beverly Hills, Culture Shock in Toronto, and bespoke private events in Switzerland and internationally.

These projects combined provocative theatrical storytelling with immersive entertainment, spanning exclusive nightlife venues, luxury celebrations, and large-scale experiential productions.
