Matthew Dailey assumed full creative and production leadership of the House of Yes Xmas Spectacular in 2025, following six years of involvement with the annual production. As Director and Producer, he led the creation of The Nightmare Before Twinkmas, an original three-act musical comedy written by Sleth.

Overseeing the production from initial development through final performances, Matthew Dailey led the creative team, provided dramaturgy and script development, shaped the narrative and comedic pacing, directed the cast, and supervised the integration of choreography, circus, music, costumes, and technical design.'

Blending musical theater, circus, drag, dance, and irreverent comedy, the production followed Santa's aging favorite elf through heaven, hell, and a queer existential crisis, continuing one of Brooklyn's most beloved alternative holiday traditions.
