As Executive Creative Director of Brooklyn's internationally acclaimed House of Yes, Matthew Dailey oversees theatrical programming, immersive entertainment, and nightlife productions, shaping the venue's distinctive creative identity.

Matthew Dailey directs and produces Dirty Circus, the venue's signature variety spectacle, whose 2025 Pride Edition earned a glowing review from BroadwayWorld. For six years, he also directed and produced the annual House of Yes Xmas Spectacular, creating original productions blending comedy, dance, circus, and irreverent theatrical storytelling.

His work includes high-profile creative partnerships with Ian Schrager's Times Square EDITION and Virgin Voyages, extending the House of Yes theatrical sensibility into luxury hospitality and international entertainment.

Matthew Dailey also leads the creative direction of the venue's nightlife programming, overseeing immersive experiences, casting, and performer direction.
